Privacy notice
This notice explains how Flywheel collects, uses, and protects personal data through clinics.flywheel.sg and the Flywheel clinic-inbox product, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you visit clinics.flywheel.sg, we collect standard server logs (IP, timestamp, referring URL, browser user-agent). When you book an audit call or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the name, contact number, clinic name, and anything you choose to share with us.
How we use it
We use what you share only to respond to your enquiry and to schedule and conduct the audit call. We do not add you to any marketing list without separate opt-in.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Supabase's Singapore region. We do not transfer personal data outside Singapore without your consent, except where our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Meta for WhatsApp Cloud API) process data in the ordinary course of delivering the service. Those providers are bound by their own PDPA-equivalent commitments.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing. We do not run behavioural advertising tracking on this site.
Your rights
Under PDPA you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data we hold. Email kenneth@flywheel.sg or WhatsApp +65 8916 8988 and we'll respond within 30 days.
